Foster The Bear Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides educational scholarships and
comforting bears for foster kids while raising awareness through our mascot, Foster.
Foster's Mission
To raise awareness and ensure every child transitioning into or out of the foster care system feels seen and equipped for their future.

WHY FOSTER
IS BLUE
Our mascot, Foster, is blue -- the color that represents foster care. The blue ribbon is used as a symbol for National Foster Care Month in May. Foster The Bear brings awareness to the color of foster care and the needs of foster kids.
SUPPORTING
FOSTER CARE
Not everyone can be a foster parent or a volunteer. Through purchases and donations, all ages and types of people can help raise awareness, get involved, and show support for the kids in foster care. It takes a community of people to help change the foster care system.
